Pilates

Pilates is a system of mind-body exercise developed over 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates which focuses on core strength, breath, mindful movement and postural alignment. Through the use of specialized equipment and/or a simple mat, pilates exercises engage the entire body, flowing from the core outward. Its aim is to enhance balance, strength and alignment creating stability and freedom in the mind-body system as a whole.

CoreAlign

The CoreAlign was developed by Jonathan Hoffman in 2004, and uses independently moving carts on tracks allowing for a wide range of exercises and resistance or assistance options. It improves posture, balance, core stability and functional movement patterns. It is used for rehabilitation, fitness and sport specific goals.

GYROTONIC®

The Gyrotonic method, developed by Juliu Horvath in 1977, focuses on continuous, flowing movements that follow the natural spirals of the body. These circular movements increase the functional capacity of our spine, restore lost range of motion, and create balance.

The Gyrotonic pulley tower is fully adaptable to all people and abilities. It gives the body support and/or resistance, helping to ease restrictions, and create a more flexible and resilient system.
