Online sessions are very effective in helping you create and maintain skillful movement. Using zoom as a platform, I guide you through exercises with no equipment or small props like balls/mat/block.

How do you choose which equipment to use/which methods to use?

I choose methods and equipment based on your needs, goals, and responses. The art of movement therapy is the process of combining what I see in your movement patterns with the wisdom and experience I’ve gained throughout my teaching and training to choose the best exercises for you.

What equipment is in your studio?

I offer state of the art equipment, including a Gyrotonic Pulley Tower, 2 CoreAlign Units, 1 Pilates Exo Chair, and many pieces of small equipment such as the Pilates Arc Barrel, Rings, and Balls.

Specialized equipment are tools to support you in learning to move more skillfully – however this training also happens with daily practice at home without specialized equipment. I create a detailed home exercise program for you, given your goals and lifestyle.

Yes! As an athlete and former personal trainer I not only have knowledge of specific sports (running, swimming, biking, dance), but the specialized equipment at Align Davis was designed specifically to enhance sport performance. The CoreAlign unit, for example, has many sport-specific exercises such as skiing, hiking, and swimming.

Yes! My background in rehabilitation combined with the methods I use allow me to accommodate most injuries and physical disabilities. My specialty is in designing a program that is best for you and your unique system.
